Our mission is to build good houses for you and for the planet, to achieve this, we have defined these 5 basic principles of construction of the I'm in houses:
1. You can choose between a light-frame construction system, CLT, or a combination of both.
2. Solar panels. Our houses include a basic kit of solar panels so that at least part of the energy comes from renewable sources, then you can decide if you want to incorporate more.
3. Aerothermal. We are committed to this efficient air-conditioning system, which uses a heat pump to obtain energy from the air to convert it into heating, cooling or hot water.
4. Flat roof. This type of roof maximises the performance of solar panels and reduces construction costs.
5. Passivhaus energy efficiency. We design in compliance with the principles of the Passivhaus standard: design without thermal bridges, high performance windows, thermal insulation, airtightness and ventilation system with heat recovery. The decision to certify is up to you.
